This water storage system is ideal for anyone who values the highest water quality, convenience and independence. It is particularly suitable for households where filtered water is used regularly, whether for drinking, cooking or making coffee and tea. If you don’t want to wait for fresh water to be filtered every time, the integrated reservoir offers you a clear advantage.

The TLW 4 reverse osmosis system stands for the highest water quality, maximum hygiene and sophisticated technology. Thanks to state-of-the-art filter technology, it reliably removes contaminants such as PFAS, pharmaceutical residues, hormones, heavy metals and microplastics from your tap water.
A particular highlight is the integrated stainless-steel water reservoir. Unlike conventional plastic tanks, it provides germ-free and flavour-neutral storage for the filtered water. This ensures that your drinking water remains not only pure but also hygienically impeccable, right down to the very last drop. After use, the water reservoir refills completely within 15 to 40 minutes, depending on the tank size selected.
With a powerful filtration capacity of up to 15 litres per hour, the system continuously supplies fresh, filtered water. Thanks to the modern direct-flow process, you’ll always have plenty of water available, regardless of your daily needs or the size of your household.
The downstream Core M OS post-filter reliably protects the water from contamination, ensuring it remains hygienically flawless at all times.
The filtered water flows through a closed circuit into the integrated reservoir, where it is safely stored and dispensed via the same route. This well-designed system prevents the ingress of germs and ensures maximum hygiene from the filter to the glass.

As a genuine manufacturer, we not only employ renowned process engineers but have also been conducting research and development in the field of water treatment for decades. The in-house expertise in process engineering (reverse osmosis processes) – unique in its form – enables our products to deliver exceptional results. One of our founders and current senior consultant, Professor Dipl. Ing. Gerd Weil, also held one of the highest academic positions at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in the field of water filtration for many years.
The TLW 4 operates entirely without electricity and utilises only the existing water pressure in your pipework. This makes it particularly easy to operate, reliable and energy-independent.
The system’s performance is influenced by various physical factors. These include, in particular, water pressure, water temperature and the quality of the raw water on site. Under optimal conditions, the system achieves a flow rate of up to 30 litres per hour (approx. 0.5 litres per minute) – at a pressure of around 4 bar and a water temperature of 15 °C.
No mains electricity connection required
Reliable and low-maintenance technology
Ideal entry-level model delivering high water quality
Actual performance may vary depending on local conditions. Factors such as low water pressure, low temperatures or poor water quality can affect the flow rate.
The TLW 4’s compact housing can be positioned flexibly. Whether on the left or right, top or bottom, standing upright, hanging or lying flat. You can even place it entirely within the plinth beneath the kitchen cupboard. This is one of the advantages of the custom-made, extra-lightweight, high-quality housing made from robust, high-grade plastic by Cubidesign in Hildesheim.

The first stage of filtration in the TLW 4 is our tried-and-tested activated carbon block filter. This is a smaller version of our high-performance standard Core+ filter cartridge, which is used in the Base and One filter models.
A great many pollutants are already removed at this stage, and the water is freed from hazardous chemicals. This serves to protect and reduce the load on the high-cost, high-performance membrane.
This filter must be replaced every 6 Monate. Our Filterservice will automatically remind you.

The TLW X high-performance membrane, with a pore size of just 0.00001 micrometres, allows almost only water molecules to pass through, ensuring the highest possible purity of your water.
To prevent any contamination of your water by the membrane, only the highest-quality raw materials are used and the manufacturing processes are strictly controlled. All our membranes therefore have their own serial number, which underlines the exceptional quality of the products and allows for seamless traceability.
An intelligent flushing system keeps the membrane free from contaminants. This high-quality industrial-grade membrane achieves an extremely long service life. On average, the membrane only needs replacing after 5-8 Jahre.

The highly sensitive and cost-intensive high-performance membrane is also effectively and safely protected in the TLW 4 by our tried-and-tested Core M OS against possible recontamination from the fresh water side. The two-stage post-filter used in this system is a smaller version of our widely used classic Core M and, like it, consists of our patented activated carbon block with an additional integrated hollow-fibre membrane. This filter must be replaced every 12 months. Our Filterservice will always automatically remind you of this important replacement.

All our reverse osmosis systems are fitted with water swirlers or energisers. These organise the molecular structure of the water.
The built-in vortex units, made from V4A stainless steel by a leading German supplier, use a patented process to replicate the natural turbulence of water in rivers.
This powerful swirling loosens the molecular structure of your water and noticeably increases its internal surface area. The resulting ultra-fine and large cluster structures boost the positive energy of your water, thereby enhancing the solubility and vitality of your drinking water.

Our 3-way taps, made from solid stainless steel, are particularly practical. A single tap with two outlets. Filtered and unfiltered water – all from one tap, yet kept separate. No need for additional drilling, no need for a second tap. You can easily replace your existing tap with a fitting like this and be perfectly set up.

An extra tap, just for filtered water. This is also a popular choice. With the TLW 4, you have the freedom to do it exactly as you like. Our high-quality, solid stainless steel Cridola single tap blends aesthetically into any kitchen. It’s also a lovely way to enjoy your filtered water.

A reverse osmosis system places particularly high demands on the quality of the taps used. It is precisely here that the choice of materials plays a crucial role in the purity of the water. We therefore recommend using only taps made from high-quality, solid stainless steel. Even the smallest components made of copper or brass can leach unwanted substances into the water.
The TLW 4 stands for uncompromising water quality, modern design and maximum ease of use. As a fully automatic 3-stage reverse osmosis system, it produces low-mineral table water of exceptional purity. The elegant, sleek design blends seamlessly into any kitchen, combining aesthetics with well-thought-out functionality.
The TLW 4 is easily connected to the cold water supply via a system valve, usually directly to the angle valve under the kitchen sink. The system operates fully automatically and continuously produces filtered water, which is stored in an integrated storage tank. The standard tank has a capacity of 12 litres (approx. 8 litres of usable water supply); smaller tank sizes are also available as an alternative.
Maximum efficiency is ensured by the patented permeate pump, which guarantees a constant and optimal ratio of purified water to waste water of approximately 3:1. What makes it special is that the pump operates purely mechanically using the pressure of the waste water and requires no electricity whatsoever.
All filter cups are made from glass-fibre-reinforced Grivory, a high-performance plastic manufactured in Germany that is renowned for its exceptional stability and durability. The pre- and post-filter housings are designed to be secured directly within the unit using special brackets, allowing for convenient, one-handed filter replacement.
The storage tank can be positioned flexibly, even in an adjacent base unit, provided it is at roughly the same height as the system. During operation, the TLW 4 runs pleasantly quietly; only a slight, technically induced ‘clicking’ sound occurs at regular intervals of approximately every 15 seconds.
With a membrane capacity of around 80 litres per day (at 4 bar mains pressure), the system is ideally suited to typical household needs. With a daily withdrawal of 5 to 20 litres, the membrane operates particularly efficiently and has a long service life.
The system requires a minimum mains pressure of 3 bar and is fully automatic. An additional flush valve is not required. The integrated Core M OS post-filter provides the finishing touch, not only improving the taste but also ensuring additional hygiene safety.

The systems are delivered to your home straight from the factory, ready to be connected. Anyone can install the TLW 4 themselves. If you prefer, a specialist firm can also carry out the installation. However, you can save yourself the money, as the installation is intuitive and straightforward.
The connections are guaranteed to fit, and all you need is a pipe wrench and a 19 mm spanner, as well as, if necessary, a drill with metal or wood drill bits, for fitting the special fitting and attaching the small waste water hose to the siphon.
The inlet, outlet and filtered water outlet are connected in no time at all. Everything is clearly labelled and therefore self-explanatory.
We also offer installation support via video call. So it’s all very straightforward.
Apart from one fitting, everything you need for the installation and operation of this water treatment system is included in the scope of delivery. A trip to the DIY store is therefore only necessary if you’re missing any tools.
In particular, the following is included:
The filter cartridge for the Core+ OS pre-filter on the TLW 4 must be replaced every 6 Monate. The Core M OS post-filter every 12 months. Regardless of how many litres of water have been filtered. This is important to ensure the high-performance membranes are properly protected. That’s why we only offer our filter systems with the accompanying Filterservice. This service automatically supplies you with the necessary new replacement filters at the right time, with free delivery.
You’ll first receive an email reminder about the upcoming filter change approximately two weeks before the replacement is due. This gives you plenty of time to update your delivery address or change your payment method, if necessary, before the filters are actually dispatched. Of course, you can cancel the Filterservice at any time with just one click – with no notice period and without giving a reason.
